The Fox Valley Park District launched FoxTrax, a web and app-based platform that provides users a sleek alternative for reporting non-emergency issues, seeking information, viewing upcoming events – and more!
To begin:
- Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download the free SeeClickFix app.
- Type in your location to access the FoxTrax portal and explore everything the District has to offer with a single click. (Note: You must be within District boundaries when setting your location, for this platform covers more than 25,000 communities across the United States and beyond.)

Report an Issue
See something amiss in the district? Let us know! Whether you notice garbage, graffiti, potential hazards – or anything that seems out of sorts – tell us about it. Simply tap “Report an Issue” and follow the steps to submit your request. Take a photo of the issue, give the location, add a description, and click submit to send your request directly to District officials. We’ll investigate the issue and follow-up to let you know if we’ve taken further action.
