The Fox Valley Park District recognizes families may experience economic hardship from time to time. In keeping with our mission of providing opportunities and developing life skills through recreational programming and activities for all residents, the District offers financial assistance to qualifying families through the scholarship program.
Available to all District residents who qualify*, scholarship funding up to $160 per year may be awarded to use toward District programming, such as Summer Camps, swim lessons, MVP Sports classes, and much more!

FoxFun Passes
It’s no secret that summertime adventures generate memory-making opportunities, and we hear from so many of today’s parents whose favorite childhood memories took place at Park District facilities.
In addition to annual funding, scholarship families are eligible to purchase a FoxFun Pass to Blackberry Farm and/or Outdoor Aquatics, which is good for either of our water parks, Splash Country or Phillips Park.
Cost is $10 per FoxFun Pass and qualifying families may purchase one of each, which can be redeemed for:
20 visits to Blackberry Farm during the 2025 season
10 visits to Splash County Water Park or Phillips Park Family Aquatic Center during the 2025 season
