The Fox Valley Park District is your source for hosting celebrations and outings for any occasion. Fox Valley Park District facilities offer unique amenities and customized packages to meet your needs. Not-for-profit and service groups receive discounted rates.
Blackberry Farm offers several scenic sites that can accommodate large- and small-scale outings and events. Whether you are looking for a large group experience or an intimate gathering, we will help to make your event a success. Daytime and after-hour reservations are available for all locations.

Discounted rates are available for groups of 15 or more Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from Noon to 6 p.m. Must be reserved 7 days in advance.

Phillips Park Family Aquatic Center is available for private after-hour reservations Friday to Sunday evenings between 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. or 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. There is a two-hour rental minimum and three-hour maximum for up to 300 guests. Must be reserved 2 weeks in advance.
After-Hour Reservation Packages
- Atlantic Adventure: Includes exclusive use of the park and amenities except for the two drop slides.
- Pacific Plunge: Includes exclusive use of the park and amenities PLUS the two drop slides into the plunge pool.

Red Oak Nature Center offers several accommodations for large- and small-scale outings and events. Whether you are looking for a large group experience or an intimate gathering, we will help to make your event a success.
Eola Community Center offers modern amenities and a variety of options to fit your event needs. In addition to 12 meeting rooms of all sizes, the Eola gymnasium and gymnastics studio are available for reservation for large events. The largest room accommodates up to 225 guests.

Centrally located in Aurora, Prisco Community Center includes large community rooms, classrooms and a gymnasium available for reservation. The three community rooms can be combined to accommodate large groups and feature a kitchen and performance stage. Accommodates up to 500.

Can I book my room online?
The rooms can only be reserved in person with the rental request form filled out and submitted to our guest services staff.
What is the minimum time the rooms can be booked?
The minimum rental time is three hours.
What hours can the rooms be rented?
Rental hours begin at 8 a.m. and must be completed by 9 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Does the deposit go towards the total rental cost?
No, the deposit is a separate charge that does not go toward the price of the room. The deposit is refunded back to you if there are no violations of the signed rental agreement.
How much must be paid in order to reserve the room?
Only a deposit is required to have the room reserved. Rooms will not be set aside without a deposit.
How soon before my event does the rental fee need to be paid?
The rental fee must be fully paid two weeks prior to the event.
What happens if I must cancel my event?
We require two weeks’ notice of any change or cancellation. Two weeks or less may result in forfeiture of the deposit and fees.
What is required if I have a caterer or other vendor?
We must have liability insurance on file purchased by the vendor with Prisco Community Center as the certificate holder. The vendor’s business name must be listed as the purchaser. If you book through one of our registered vendors, we do not require proof of insurance. View our registered vendors.
How do I receive my returned deposit?
Your deposit is returned in the same mode that you paid. Cash deposits are returned by check and sent via USPS. Credit card refunds are processed on Thursdays and take a further 5-10 business days to be deposited into your account.
The Vaughan Athletic Center is a perfect location for sports tournaments and special events. The Field House offers 41,000 square feet of event space. The Aquatic Center and Tennis Center also are available for reservation to groups.
