The Eola Community Center

The 63,000-square-foot Eola Community Center opened in 1993 through a joint effort between the Fox Valley Park District and the City of Aurora Public Library. The building occupies two acres and has 15 acres of community park space. Eola Community Center offers visitors:

    Guest Services Hours

    Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    Sunday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

    Fitness Center

    Monday to Friday: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Child Care Hours

    Open Gym

    Skip the waiver line and simply scan your card and pay. Beginning January 1, 2023, an Open Gym card will be required. Register for your card online by signing the (one-time) waiver – click here.

    Eola Community Center offers open gym for various sports and ages. Times listed are subject to change to accommodate leagues and programs.

    Child Care

    Eola Community Center is reopening child care services with your child’s health and safety in mind. We’re offering limited hours and capacity for ages 2 to 11. We’re following all current IDPH Covid Guidelines and face coverings must be worn at all times. Parents must remain in the facility while their children are using child care services.

    Eola Community Center offers modern amenities and a variety of options to fit your event needs. In addition to 12 meeting rooms of all sizes, the Eola gymnasium and gymnastics studio are available for reservation for large events. Accommodates up to 225.

    Birthday Parties

    All Eola parties include 45 minutes of age-appropriate organized activities, 45 minutes of room rental for food and gifts and party room set-up. Parties are for up to 25 guests.
