Impacting Our Community
The Fox Valley Park District is all about making a positive impact – every day – on our 236,000 residents living throughout the three vibrant communities we serve. We are proud to provide parks, trails, facilities, programs and services that encourage healthy lifestyles, support conservation and offer recreational opportunities to our diverse community of all ages and interests.
To guide park districts in addressing the most critical issues facing us today, the National Recreation & Park Association (NRPA) has established the Three Pillars, with which the Fox Valley Park District aligns:

Providing access to parks and recreational opportunities for ALL members our diverse communities is an ongoing commitment by the Fox Valley Park District. We are proud to proclaim that 86 percent of our 233,000 residents live within one-half mile or closer to a community or neighborhood park.
