Founded in 2018-2019, the Fox Valley Flash provides an affordable and high-quality track & field program in which all district residents – ages 5 to 18, of all skill levels and experience – can participate. The Flash is comprised of the Elite (competitive) and Junior Elite (non-competitive) levels.

The Fox Valley Park District’s previously-established Wolf Pack Running Club, which specialized in middle-to-long distance running, rolled into the Flash program and participants are now part of a more well-rounded effort to give young athletes the full track & field experience.

The Teams

Elite – The Elite team has three (3) 2-hour practices weekly. Registration fee ($300) includes uniform, individual AAU membership, and end-of-season award. Elite participates in at least three meets, including one at the Vaughan Athletic Center. Payment plans are available.

Junior Elite – The Junior Elite team will have two 60-minute practices weekly. Registration fee ($200) includes end-of-season award.

(Junior Elite team members have the option of paying the extra $100 and moving up to the Elite team at the end of November if the coaching staff deems they’re ready.)
