FREE Pop-up Fitness in the Park
Join us at Simmons Park (1201 E. Indian Trail) and get ready to sweat with Body Blitz in the Park taught by LaShawn! Body Blitz is a full body workout to improve your strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness ability using a variety of equipment and exercises ranging from traditional strength movements to cardio conditioning exercises.
