This beneficial workshop series will guide participants through the essential steps of developing a healthy eating pattern that matches their health goals, food preferences, and lifestyle demands. Key topics discussed through the series that will focus on Healthy Eating for Managing Your Weight include weight loss essentials, healthy eating on a budget, strategic and mindful snacking, and nutrition for active individuals.
