    We, the two members of the above named canoe team, hereby apply for entry in the annual Mid-American Canoe & Kayak Race. We will read the rules and regulations and will comply with them. We further agree to follow the regulations which will be mailed to Paddler 1 regarding our participation.

Racing Hull Division - All racing hull canoe contestants will be grouped and will race in this one classification only.
   
Cruising Hull Division - Cruising hull canoe contestants may enter one of nine classifications. Please indicate:
Cruising Hull - Men 18+
Cruising Hull - Boys 14-17
Cruising Hull - Adult (18+)/Youth (14-17)
Cruising Hull - Women 18+
Cruising Hull - Girls 14-17
Cruising Hull - Mixed Couple (M/F 14+)
Cruising Hull - Masters Men 40+
Cruising Hull - Masters Women 40+
Cruising Hull - Century (any combination of ages 100+)
   
Kayak Division - One Paddler, based on kayak length
Men Short - Under 16 feet
Men long (16 feet & over)
Women short (Under 16 feet)
Women long (16 feet & over)
   
Open Division - No trophy awarded. One paddler must be over 21, no age limit for others.
