Water Exercise Classes in
Looking for a new workout? Try water exercise- it’s a fun, low impact, yet very effective workout appropriate for all fitness levels. The Vaughan Aquatic Center offers classes in both the warm water therapy pool as well as the lap pool. Classes include arthritis aquatics, adult aquatics, ai chi, and aqua aerobics. Guests may also work out by water walking using our equipment, such as water dumbbells and noodles, during any open swim time. This is a great way to get in a water workout if you miss a class.
