After Hours Rentals
Did you know you can rent the entire 54 acres of Blackberry Farm for your evening event? Blackberry Farm offers a unique setting with its gorgeous perennial flower gardens, lake, and meandering stream. The train, carousel, or haywagon ride can be added to your rental too. A basic rental includes use of the park and picnic tables. Our staff will work with you to add other services as needed, such as tent rental or dance floor. Catering is available through the park’s exclusive caterer, Reuland Food Service. For reservations and package information, contact Sandy Smith or call (630) 892-1550.
Group Rate Admission
Host your group picnic at Blackberry Farm during the day, and you’ll have a reserved area for your party while taking advantage of our discount group rate admission. You can enjoy all that the park has to offer, including unlimited rides on the train, haywagon, and carousel. You may bring in your own food and rent one of our grills, or make catering arrangements through Reuland Food Service. Company Picnics
Take all of the credit for planning your best company picnic yet, but let an experienced recreation professional do all the work. Our expertise is part of the package when you reserve Blackberry Farm for your corporate event. Blackberry Farm has been hosting company picnics and other corporate events for more than 20 years. The 54-acre park offers a unique setting with its gorgeous perennial flower gardens, lake, and meandering stream. Private picnic sites may be reserved during operating hours, or the park is available for exclusive rental after 5 p.m.
The basic package includes reservation of the park and picnic tables. Tents, dance floors and buffet tables may be added on an a la carte basis. Catering is provided through Reuland’s Food Service, the park’s exclusive caterer.
If you are reserving the park after hours, add the train, hay wagon, carousel or a moonwalk to your event.

Daytime Rental
The park is open to the general public daily from May 1 through Aug. 29, after which the park is open on Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day through Sept. 26. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You may reserve an area of the park for your event during operating hours at the following group admission rates:
Fox Valley Park District residents: $4/person for groups of 15 and up
Non-residents: $6 per person for groups of 15 and up
Evening Rental
After 5 p.m., you may have exclusive use of the park for your party. Rental fee is $500 plus $1 per person. You may add use of park amenities at the following rates:
Train: $150 per hour (two-hour minimum)
Carousel: $100 per hour (two-hour minimum)
Hay wagon: $75 per hour (two-hour minimum)
