*Twilight Pass is valid after 4 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays. There is no age limit on the Twilight Pass. Residents are people who live within and pay taxes to the Fox Valley Park District and /or the City of Aurora, North Aurora, Montgomery and Sugar Grove. All other visitors are classified as non-residents. 

 

 

Resident ID Cards

Register now for aquatic center ID cards and season passes by downloading a season pass form and sending it to the Park District. All Fox Valley Park District residents, with verifiable residency, receive a free picture ID card that allows them to use Phillips Park Aquatic Center and Splash Country Water Park at daily resident rates. Everyone must have an ID card to receive resident rates or obtain a season pass. If an ID card or season pass is lost, a replacement costs $5. Anyone who has never purchased a pass before should mail in the completed form, then stop by Prisco or Eola Community Center with appropriate ID to prove residency. Everyone will need to have their photo taken for an ID card.

Photo Schedule for ID Cards

Photos will be taken at Eola Community Center and Prisco Community Center. Phillips Park Family Aquatic Center and Splash Country Water Park will take photos when the facilities open.

Residency Verification

The resident ID card is free, but everyone must prove residency and have their photo taken. Please bring a separate form of identification for each person in the household that needs a photo. Adults ages 16 years and up should show their driver’s license or Illinois ID card. Anyone who has recently moved should bring a lease or utility bill to show the address. Youth can bring a report card or school ID Preschoolers can present their birth certificate or their parent's ID card. (Children under 2 are free and do not need an ID.)

The Fox Valley Park District encompasses Aurora, North Aurora, and most of the Village of Montgomery. Boulder Hill and Seasons Ridge are not part of the Fox Valley Park District. Through an inter-governmental agreement with the Sugar Grove Park District, residents of Sugar Grove are eligible to use Fox Valley Park District facilities and programs at the resident rate. People must live on their property to be considered a resident.
