An annual pass at the Eola Fitness Center consists of a one-time enrollment fee paid up front, and monthly dues paid as long as the pass continues.
Note: If you cancel your membership at any time, and you decide to rejoin at a later date, you will be subject to another enrollment fee and a new monthly rate.

How to Join
Applications are available in the Eola Fitness Center. When the application and appropriate payment are received, an orientation will be set up. The park district reserves the right to ask for a doctor's permission before a member can join. Payment may be made in full by cash, check, or VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Proof of residency is required to receive resident rates.
